Adactus Housing Group
The members of the Adactus Housing Group build, renovate and manage affordable housing for rent and sale. Adactus Housing Group owns and manages 13,500 homes across 25 local authority areas in the North West of England, employs over 550 staff and has an annual turnover in excess of £40 million.
Affinity Sutton Housing Association
With over 55,000 homes and a one hundred year history, Affinity Sutton is one of the biggest providers of affordable housing in England. As a business for social purpose we’re committed to helping people put down roots. We act as a springboard, maximising life chances for our residents and creating places for communities to thrive.
Arawak Walton
Arawak Walton provides good quality affordable housing in Manchester, Trafford and Stockport; in particular we specialise in meeting the needs of Black and Minority Ethnic communities. Meeting the needs of our tenants is at the heart of everything we do, and our professionally qualified staff are dedicated to maintaining this goal.
City South Manchester Housing Trust
City South Manchester Housing Trust is a not-for-profit local housing company that took ownership of nearly 4,500 homes from Manchester City Council in June 2008. We manage and improve homes in Fallowfield, Hulme, Moss Side and Whalley Range.
Contour Housing Group
Contour Housing Group is one of the region’s largest registered social landlords. With over 20,000 properties under its ownership and management across 27 local authorities Contour Housing Group is enjoying a growing reputation as a company to do business with.
Eastlands
Eastlands Homes is a key partner in the regeneration of East Manchester. Most of its 8000 homes were transferred from Manchester City Council, followed by an an extensive improvement programme.
We work with residents to support and strengthen communities and improve the environment - to create a better future for residents, and their children, in safe and successful neighbourhoods.
Great Places
We work in neighbourhoods all over the north to help them thrive, shine and be truly great places to live. We develop and manage some of the best affordable housing around and provide all sorts of community support, always with passion, imagination and dedication.
Guiness Northern Counties
In 2007 The Guinness Trust and Northern Counties Housing Association joined forces. Together with partners Guinness Hermitage, Midsummer, Guinness Care and Support and Kennet we now form The Guinness Partnership. Across the country the Partnership owns over 50,000 homes and employs nearly 2000 staff delivering services to more than 100,000 customers.
Harvest
We own and manage over 18,000 affordable, high-quality homes and provide a range of housing, community and regeneration services across the North West and beyond. Responsive to our customers' and market needs and focused upon our neighbourhoods, we work with our partners to provide a wide range of services and housing options.
Irwell Valley Housing Association
Irwell Valley is an award winning housing association based in Manchester and we have been providing homes and services for people in housing need since 1973.Irwell Valley is founded on the values of a traditional housing association and we see ourselves as more than just a landlord. Our aim is to create fantastic places for people to live, work and enjoy life.
Manchester City Council
We will enable the delivery of a high-quality, balanced and diverse housing supply that meets the needs and aspirations of Manchester’s current and future residents and supports the Greater Manchester Strategy’s vision for sustainable economic growth that is enjoyed by the many not the few.
Mosscare
Mosscare is a charitable, not for profit housing association committed to communities and neighbourhoods. We have around 3300 properties in management through the Greater Manchester area.
Northwards Housing
As well as providing quality homes and top-notch housing services, we want to help build thriving local neighbourhoods with brighter futures, more job and training opportunities, and better facilities for young and old alike.
Parkway Green Housing Trust
A Manchester based community landlord, we took ownership of 6,000 Wythenshawe homes from Manchester City Council in October 2006. We Provide high quality housing services, supporting wider regeneration and improved neighbourhood management.
Places for People
Our vision is to create places where everyone can prosper. This means working with partners to transform large areas, consulting residents on the changes needed in the neighbourhoods we manage and making sure that the new places we create have a mix of homes and a choice of facilities to make them sustainable into the future.
Southway Housing Trust
We own and manage almost 6,000 homes across Burnage, Chorlton, Didsbury and Withington. We work in partnership with others to make south Manchester a place that people are proud of – a safe place where people choose to live, work and play.
Tung Sing
Tung Sing was founded in the Manchester area to redress the disadvantages of the Chinese community in obtaining good quality housing at affordable rent levels. Tung Sing is a Greater Manchester based BME Housing Association. We are a subsidiary of the Arena Housing Group and a provider of around 650 homes in the Manchester and surrounding areas.
Willow Park Housing Trust
Our tenants are our customers, who we are working in partnership with to make Wythenshawe a place where people want to live and work. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent services, and the satisfaction of customers with our services is very important to us.
